New Client Introductory Package 

5 Private 55 minute sessions for $250
New Clients Only, One Time Offer

Our Introductory Package for New Clients is designed to help you learn the basic principles of Pilates and how they apply to your individual body. We will develop a plan that meets your needs and challenges your current fitness level, while you begin to feel taller, longer, and leaner. We will train you to use muscles that you didn’t even know you had — and the best part is it’s fun!


Private Sessions 

Single Session $65

Package of 10 Sessions $600

Private sessions are the best introduction to the Pilates Method. You will get complete attention in this 55 minute session and be introduced to the various equipment used in Pilates. We will work with you at your speed, give you an understanding of the fundamentals of Pilates, and address your specific needs and goals.  Private sessions will include Mat exercises and utilize all of the Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, and Barrels.


Duet Sessions 

Single Session $45 per person
Package of 5 Sessions $217.50
Package of 10 Sessions $400

Enjoy the benefits of Private sessions but with the motivation that comes from training with an exercise partner, at a reduced rate! Duet sessions (2-person training) are a great way to stay committed to a regular workout schedule.

Duet sessions work best when you and your partner can commit to the same schedule every week and have similar physical abilities/goals. If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend attending a few Private sessions prior to teaming up for Duet sessions.

Initial Evaluation $135

The initial evaluation is your first visit. During this appointment your Physical Therapist will spend time getting to know you and your injury/condition. The evaluation is 60 minutes in length. During this time, the therapist will go over your medical history, current problems or complaints, and how these are impacting your daily activities.

Prior to your first visit, each patient must complete a medical questionnaire.  Please go to the New Client Forms and complete these before your appointment.

Follow Up Appointments $80

Once your initial evaluation is complete, you may schedule follow-up visits at the frequency and duration recommended.  Follow up appointments are 60 minutes in length.  In addition to your therapy sessions at The Body Haus, you will be expected to complete independent exercises between visits.

Progress will be assessed during each visit as related to the baseline measurements recorded during your initial assessment.  You may be asked to complete brief questionnaires related to functional activities on an intermittent basis to help quantify your progress.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We do charge in full for cancellations made in less than 24 hours and for missed appointments. You can cancel one of three easy ways: your online MINDBODY scheduler account, email at, or by phone at (614) 832-9783.
Since we are a small business, it is difficult for us to make exceptions to this policy, and we appreciate your understanding of this. That being said, if you do have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your situation with personal attention.
Payment Policy
All sales are non-refundable and expire within 6 months of initial purchase.  Payment is expected in full at the time of service.  Cash or check is preferred, but we do also accept Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.  Please make checks payable to The Body Haus.  There is a $35 charge for returned checks.
Other important things that you need to know
Parking – Please park in our parking lot in front of the building. If our lot is full you may park on any of the main streets.
Upon Arrival to the Studio – PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. This helps protect and maintain the cork floor.  Arrive a few minutes early so that you have time to fill out any necessary paperwork and are ready to promptly begin your session.  Please enter the studio quietly and be mindful of other sessions.
Restrooms – There is a restroom located in the studio. If you need to change in the restroom, please be aware and considerate if there are others waiting to use the restroom.
Proper Dress – Please dress comfortably with clothing that you can easily move and stretch in. Examples include but are not limited to t-shirts, tank tops, sweat pants, Yoga pants, shorts, etc.  To avoid damaging the vinyl on the equipment please avoid clothing with zippers or sharp jewelry.
Footwear – Socks or bare feet are recommended for Pilates. For Physical Therapy please wear clean tennis shoes.
Food and Drink – No food is allowed in the studio. Drinks with a secure closed top are allowed. We encourage you to bring a water bottle to each session.  A purified water dispenser is available.
