Whether you are new to Pilates, or have years of experience behind you…
The Body Haus recommends one-on-one Pilates sessions for getting the most out of your visit. Private sessions allow for workouts tailored directly to your personal goals and lifestyle. This ensures that you will be properly challenged no matter your age, fitness level, or current physical condition.
A different kind of workout
Joseph Pilates was genius to realize that if one system of your body fails, you must develop and strengthen other systems in order to restore overall balance in the body. Pilates’ original method was based on 34 mat movements – published in his 1945 book Return to Life. These movements combined strength, mobility, and stretching exercises to increase core stability. Other benefits to the Pilates method include:

Most clients prefer to get the full benefit of Pilates by continuing private sessions for many years, but some may need only a few sessions to reach their goal.

New Client Introductory Package

Our Introductory Package for New Clients is designed to help you learn the basic principles of Pilates and how they apply to your individual body. We will develop a plan that meets your needs and challenges your current fitness level, while you begin to feel taller, longer, and leaner. We will train you to use muscles that you didn’t even know you had — and the best part is it’s fun!
Single Session $65

Package of 10 Sessions $600
Private sessions are the best introduction to the Pilates Method. You will get focused attention in this 55 minute session and be introduced to the various equipment used in Pilates. We will work with you at your speed, give you an understanding of the fundamentals of Pilates, and address your specific needs and goals. Private sessions will include Mat exercises and utilize all of the Pilates equipment*, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, and Barrels.
Single Session $45 per person

Package of 10 Sessions $400
Enjoy the benefits of Private sessions but with the motivation that comes from training with an exercise partner ~ at a reduced rate! Duet sessions (2-person training) are a great way to stay committed to a regular workout schedule. Duet sessions work best when you and your partner can commit to the same schedule every week and have similar physical abilities/goals. If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend attending a few Private sessions prior to teaming up for Duet sessions. Need a partner? Let us help pair you with an appropriate partner.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We do charge in full for cancellations made in less than 24 hours and for missed appointments. You can cancel one of three easy ways: your online MINDBODY scheduling account, email at email@example.com, or by phone at (614) 832-9783.
Since we are a small business, it is difficult for us to make exceptions to this policy, and we appreciate your understanding of this. That being said, if you do have an emergency, please let us know so that we can treat your situation with personal attention.
All sales are non-refundable and expire within 6 months of initial purchase. Payment is expected in full at the time of service. Cash or check is preferred, but we do also accept Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Please make checks payable to The Body Haus. There is a $35 charge for returned checks.
Other important things that you need to know
Please park in front of the building. If the lot is full you may park on Beck Street or any of the surrounding streets.
Upon Arrival to the Studio
PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES. This helps protect and maintain the cork floor. Arrive a few minutes early so that you have time to fill out any necessary paperwork and are ready to promptly begin your session. Please enter the studio quietly and be mindful of other sessions.
There is a restroom located in the studio. If you need to change in the restroom, please be aware and considerate if there are others waiting to use the restroom.
Please dress comfortably with clothing that you can easily move and stretch in. Examples are t-shirts, tank tops, sweat pants, Yoga pants, shorts, etc. To avoid damaging the vinyl on the equipment please avoid clothing with zippers or sharp jewelry.
Socks or bare feet are recommended for Pilates.
Food and Drink
No food is allowed in the studio. Drinks with a secure closed top are allowed. We encourage you to bring a water bottle to each session. A purified water dispenser is available.
